1. Presentation and Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the rights and obligations of Facile Solution SRL (hereinafter the “Publisher”) and the customer (hereinafter the “Customer”) concerning the sale of products offered on the website Swingro.com (hereinafter the “Site”).

These GTCS are accessible on the Site and may be modified at any time. Any change will be indicated to the Customer before order confirmation.
2. Definitions
- Customer: Any natural person aged at least 18, placing an order on the Site for strictly personal use.
- Product(s): Items offered for sale on the Site.
- Order: Purchase of Products made on the Site by the Customer.
- Withdrawal form: Document enabling the Customer to exercise their right of withdrawal, attached as an annex to these GTCS.
- Publisher: Facile Solution SRL, operator and publisher of the Site.
3. Product Characteristics
The main characteristics of the Products (description, price, images) are detailed on the Site in their respective product pages.
Availability:
- Products are sold subject to available stock.
- In case of unavailability, the Customer will be informed by email and refunded within 30 days.
4. Geographic Area
Orders and deliveries are limited to mainland France, Corsica and Monaco. Any order outside this area cannot be fulfilled.
5. Order Process

- The Customer selects the desired Products and adds them to the cart.

Identification
- The Customer must create an account or log in to validate their order.

Order Validation
- Before finalizing the order, the Customer must verify entered information, accept these GTCS, then make payment through a secure platform.

Order Confirmation
- Written confirmation is sent by email as soon as the order is validated.
- An additional email notifies Product shipment.
6. Prices and Payment
- Prices: Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included).
- Payment Methods:
- Payment by bank card (CB, Visa, MasterCard).
- Other payment methods such as PayPal or American Express are not accepted.
- Security: Payments are made via a secure third-party platform. The Customer's banking information is never stored by the Publisher.
7. Delivery

Delivery Terms
- Delivery is deemed completed when the package is handed to the Customer or a designated third party.

Delays
- All orders are shipped within 48 hours.
- Delivery time is estimated between 4 and 6 business days from order shipment.
- If the delay exceeds 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order and obtain a full refund.

Reservations and Claims
- The Customer must check the package condition upon receipt and report any anomaly (opened or damaged package) within 3 business days following delivery, by registered letter to the carrier with copy to the Publisher.

Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are specified during order validation.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 30 clear days to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Terms:
- The Customer must notify the decision by completing the withdrawal form (Annex 1) and sending it by email or post.
- The Product(s) must be returned to the Publisher within 30 days, in perfect condition.
- For defective or non-compliant products, we cover delivery costs. For any other reason, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return is properly received.
Refund:
- The Publisher refunds the Product price and standard delivery costs within 14 days after receipt of returned Products.
9. Warranties

Legal Conformity Warranty
- Valid for 2 years from delivery. The Customer may request repair or replacement of the Product.

Hidden Defects Warranty
- Allows requesting a refund or price reduction in case of a hidden defect.
10. Personal Data
The Customer's personal data are collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

Evidence
- Electronic communications are binding between the Publisher and the Customer.

Partial Validity
- If any provision of the GTCS is deemed invalid, the others remain applicable.

Titles
- Section titles are indicative and do not affect interpretation of the GTCS.
13. Disputes
The GTCS are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the Customer may:
- Request amicable mediation.
- Bring the matter before competent courts.
